Official donation channels
Please use only the secure donation experience linked from this website or the official M-Pesa number below.
Our official online payment choices are Jjuma and PayHero. PayHero may offer M-Pesa, card and PayPal inside its secure checkout. Hope Charities will never ask you to reveal your M-Pesa PIN or card PIN directly on this website.
How we handle giving
1. Secure payment
Donors choose Jjuma or PayHero and complete payment on that provider’s secure checkout. PayHero payments use our confirmed callback and receipt flow; Jjuma provides its own payment confirmation and transaction records.
2. Donor confirmation
After a successful PayHero transaction, the donor is returned to a confirmed Hope Charities receipt and can then leave feedback. Failed or cancelled PayHero attempts return to a retry page. Jjuma displays its own confirmation.
3. Responsible use
Donations support Hope Charities work and, where a donor includes a reference, help us understand the intended focus of the gift.
4. Public reporting
We prefer verified figures to estimates. Impact totals, project progress and campaign figures should only be published after they have been documented and checked.
