Official donation channels
Please use only the secure donation experience linked from this website or the official M-Pesa number below.
Our secure checkout is provided through PayHero and supports the payment options made available in that checkout. Hope Charities will never ask you to reveal your M-Pesa PIN or card PIN directly on this website.
How we handle giving
1. Secure payment
Donors enter the amount and continue through the PayHero payment flow. Successful payments are sent to our callback endpoint and recorded for notification purposes.
2. Donor confirmation
After a successful transaction, the donor is automatically returned to the Hope Charities feedback page. Failed or cancelled attempts return to a retry page.
3. Responsible use
Donations support Hope Charities work and, where a donor includes a reference, help us understand the intended focus of the gift.
4. Public reporting
We prefer verified figures to estimates. Impact totals, project progress and campaign figures should only be published after they have been documented and checked.
