Safeguarding & dignity
Hope Charities is committed to treating children, families, donors, volunteers and communities with dignity and respect.
Our commitment
We aim to create an environment where people are treated respectfully and where support is never used to exploit, shame or pressure a beneficiary.
Images and stories
Stories, photographs and personal information should be shared responsibly. We should avoid publishing identifying details or images of vulnerable people without appropriate permission and a legitimate reason.
Children and vulnerable people
Interactions involving children or vulnerable people should prioritise safety, appropriate supervision, privacy and respect for local safeguarding requirements.
Raising a concern
If you have a safeguarding concern connected to Hope Charities activity or communication, contact us at solodevice80@gmail.com or call / WhatsApp 0768582407. Concerns should be taken seriously and handled as confidentially as circumstances allow.
No retaliation
People should be able to raise genuine concerns in good faith without intimidation or retaliation.
