Donations are subject to the separate Donation Policy. Payment processing is handled by PayHero and may also be subject to the payment provider's terms.
Acceptable use
Do not misuse the website, interfere with its operation, attempt unauthorised access, impersonate Hope Charities or use Hope Charities branding to solicit payments through unofficial channels.
External services
The website may link to third-party services such as payment, email or WhatsApp services. Those services operate under their own terms and policies.
Intellectual property
Hope Charities names, logos, site design and original site content should not be used to impersonate the organisation or mislead donors.

Crowdfunding use
Creating a website account does not guarantee crowdfunding approval. Hope Charities may approve, reject, pause or close registrations and campaigns after review. Crowdfunding contributions are donations only; campaign owners may not promise repayment, interest, shares, profit or other investment returns. Payouts are not automatic and remain subject to Hope Charities review, payment settlement and applicable legal, safeguarding and fraud checks.
