Donor feedback submitted through this website is received using Netlify Forms. If you give permission to be contacted, we may use the contact details you provide to follow up on your feedback.
AI customer-care chat
If you use Hope AI, your chat messages are sent from this website through a secure server-side connection to Google Gemini to generate a response. Google processes those messages under its Gemini API terms, and data handling can differ by service tier. Do not submit M-Pesa PINs, OTPs, passwords, full card details, medical records, identification documents or other highly sensitive information in the chat. Hope AI is an automated assistant and may make mistakes; transaction-specific, refund, safeguarding, legal or sensitive matters should be escalated to human customer care.

Where the crowdfunding service is used, Hope Charities may process account email, contact details, county, application information, campaign story, campaign image, fundraising target, approval status and confirmed campaign donation totals. Campaign contact and payout details are kept private and are not intended for public display. Applicants should not submit national ID scans, medical records, payment PINs, OTPs, passwords or full card information through public forms.
